Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind or something not quite right? No worries — we’re here to help.

We offer a 21-day return or exchange window, meaning you have 21 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • Free from stains, marks, or makeup

  • Returned in original packaging

We kindly ask that garments are tried on with care. EthniCottons reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at ethnicottons@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return or exchange

We’ll get back to you with next steps within 48hrs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 21 days for the same style in a different size or colour (subject to availability).

  • If you exchange for a lower-priced item, we’ll refund the difference once the original item is returned in eligible condition.

  • If you exchange for a higher-priced item, we’ll organise an exchange order and request payment for the difference.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process refunds.

EthniCottons is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
