What makes each piece unique?
Each garment is hand-dyed and hand-embroidered by skilled women artisans working from their homes and villages in Northern India, supporting traditional craftsmanship. As every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour and embroidery are natural, and what make each garment truly unique.

Where are the products manufactured?

All EthniCottons garments are ethically made in India - the home and source of our cotton and the birthplace of chikankari embroidery.

Do you design the products?

EthniCottons works closely with trusted suppliers to develop collections that are fashionable and comfortable. Our involvement ensures every piece honours Indian heritage while remaining versatile and wearable for a modern Western wardrobe.

How should I care for my garment?

Proper care helps preserve the quality, comfort, and longevity of your EthniCottons piece.

• Machine wash cold at 30°C on a gentle cycle with similar colours, or hand wash with a mild detergent

• Wash inside out and use a mesh laundry bag to protect the embroidery

• Do not bleach

• Lay flat or hang to dry where possible

Do you have any stores?
Not yet - EthniCottons is currently an online store and pop-up market brand.

Which markets can I find you at?
We attend various markets across Melbourne - we've previously been to Fitzroy, Altona Beach and will soon be in the Docklands.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
Can I make a change to my order or cancel?
Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to make changes (including colour, size, address updates, or adding/removing items). Please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist if your order has not yet shipped.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, your order will be packaged and dispatched based on your selected delivery method.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within Australia only. International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned.
